01. Profile & Biography
[ About Me ]
Hello, I am Sagar Murkute. I am a design-driven software engineer focused on building highly tactile and visual web applications. By blending strict architectural design patterns with layout animations, I create digital experiences that remain memorable while loading instantly.
[ My Story ]
I started my journey back in 2020 at the intersection of web design and computer science. Disappointed by generic, templated layouts, I began studying how interactive motion systems, canvas frameworks, and custom grid borders can transform user attention. Since then, I have specialized in building bespoke layouts for developers, startups, and creative brands.
[ Journey & Progression ]
Transitioning from simple HTML styling to full-stack frontend engineering, I have lead engineering processes at studios, designed complex analytics boards, and launched immersive WebGL applications. This unique combination of disciplines allows me to code without losing the artist's original vision.
02. Career Timeline
Founder & Full-Stack Developer — Sagar Design
Transforming startup ideas into production products with clean branding, responsive UI/UX structures, and Next.js full-stack deployments.
Independent Frontend Contractor — Freelance Services
Delivering responsive vector wireframes and building custom motion systems using Framer Motion and Tailwind configurations.
Self-Taught Developer & Contributor — Open Source Nodes
Learned core concepts of JavaScript, React, Python, and SQL. Contributed key components to open-source repository logs.
03. Philosophy & Drivers
My Mission
To build web platforms that prove interaction design is a fundamental engineering parameter, not just decoration. Visually expressive applications must perform seamlessly.
My Vision
A web where interfaces feel as premium, responsive, and tactile as physical desktop software controls. Moving away from boring, generic templates toward bold identities.
[ My Philosophy ]
"Design is how it works." Code architecture should directly mirror visual intent. When UI designers and frontend developers operate in isolation, the product suffers. I design my own interfaces and write the code that brings them to life.
Why Work With Me
- I ship clean, type-safe Next.js code structures aligned directly with modern layouts.
- High proficiency in Framer Motion and GSAP for fluid, layout-preserved page transitions.
- Direct translation from Figma frames to clean CSS models without code bloat.
[ Core Values ]
Pixel Precision
Every border, margin, and shadow is aligned to the pixel.
Speed & Performance
100/100 Lighthouse performance is a standard, not a feature.
Honesty & Clarity
Clear interface layout coupled with straightforward, clean codebase architecture.
Interactive Aesthetics
Creating interfaces that feel alive, responsive, and delightful on hover.
